About Logging and Review Requests

The VMware Service Portal enables you to submit requests and assign them to support officers or groups. You can also search for past requests (requests that have been resolved), current requests (requests that are open) and monitor the progress of submitted requests.  

Additional information such as a note or a file (object) can also be added to your request.

You can also view requests that have been scheduled for implementation within a specified month or view reports that have been generated.

Within the Requests section of the Service Portal Navigation bar, the menu options are as follows:
