Reviewing Past/Current Service Orders

The Review Past / Current Service Orders screen allows you to browse previously completed orders and current, outstanding orders. You can view outstanding service orders and review submitted orders in two ways:

·         The Your Service Orders section in your Home page (shows open service orders only).

Select the service order you want to view by clicking . The Checkout: Manage Your Order page is displayed.

·         To search all service orders, click Review Past/Current Orders option in the Service Portal navigation bar.

The Review Past/Current Orders page is displayed.

Search for service orders using one or more of the following criteria:

1.       Select to Search Within your Service Actions or all Service Actions.

2.       Or, enter a Service Action reference number or part of the reference number in the Service Action Ref field.

3.       Or, select a Service Action Type from the drop-down list.

4.       Click . Service Actions items are displayed in a summary format.

5.       Click to select the Service Action. You are returned to the Review Past/Current Orders page.

1.       Select to Search Within your Service Bundles or all Service Bundles.

2.       Or, enter a Service Bundle reference number or part of the reference number in the Service Bundle Ref field.

3.       Or, select a Service Bundle Type from the drop-down list.

4.       Click . Service Bundles are displayed in a summary format.

5.       Click to select the Service Bundle. You are returned to the Review Past/Current Orders page.

·         Open Orders Returns orders with an open state, i.e., orders not submitted

·         Orders Completed < 1 week Returns orders closed in the last week

·         Orders Completed < 4 weeks Returns orders closed in the last 4 weeks

·         Orders not submitted Returns orders not yet completed by you.

When criteria have been entered, click to view the list of past or current orders matching the criteria.

Click View in front of the order for which you want to view the details.

·         If the service order has not been submitted, the Checkout: Manage Your Order page is displayed.

·         If the service order has been submitted, is in progress or has been completed, the Service Order Details page is displayed.
