To View Global Reports

The VMware Service Portal enables you to view global reports that have been set to be available for the VMware Service Portal.

Global reports are reports that are generated by VMware Service Manager without an organization report parameter set.

To view global reports follow these steps:

  1. Select the Reports menu option from the VMware Service Portal Navigation Bar. The Reports page is displayed.

There are several categories available for global reports. These are displayed under the global reports heading.  

  1. Select a report type from a category. Each report type is displayed as a hyperlink. The reports available within the report type are displayed.
  2. Select the report you want to view. The report is displayed. Reports can be viewed on screen, printed or saved.
